The Neshaminy Academy of Basketball Provides Weekly
NAB Jr.
Our NAB Jr. program offers a FUNdamental approach to the basic concepts of basketball. We teach the basics of basketball through fun games that incorporate colors, shapes, direction, and numbers & sequences. Our kids have non-stop smiles while learning the foundational skills of basketball.
Individual Clinics
Individual clinics come with a complete focus on skill work (offensive and defensive skills). An element the NAB brings to these individual workouts that is unmatched is our attention to detail through film study. We have partnered with both high school programs to show our players clips on their current team. From here, we can show good and bad examples of what's being done at the high school level, and set up drill work based on these concepts!
General Skills Clinics
General Skills clinics are designed to learn the skills of the game, while also learning what it takes to be a great teammate. Each clinic will be a blend of skill work (ball handling, shooting, screening, cutting, defense, rebounding, etc.) and 3 on 3 breakdowns of drills we work on at practices at the high school level. These 3 on 3 breakdowns help teach important concepts of the game, all while learning how to play with your teammates!
NAB Shooting Machine Use
The Dr. Dish basketball shooting machine is fully automatic and programmable, tracks your makes and attempts, and allows you to create your own custom drills.
No Trainer - this is purely a rental of the machine (parent signature on liability required).
